Froedtert Parking Structure Vertical Expansion

Froedtert Parking Structure #3 Vertical Expansion, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (with Zimmerman Architectural Studios): An interesting project which involved adding 1.5 tiers of parking to an existing parking structure, and extending the elevator & egress stair to the new tiers while keeping much of the parking available to staff & patients on a daily basis. This 133,000 SF vertical expansion added 427 parking spaces to the precast parking structure.
