The Consortium ae team completed the task of upgrading the common areas on the first and second floors in this iconic Milwaukee building & atrium addition. Work included new floor finishes, energy efficient LED and color changing LED lighting systems, furniture and art work. Small changes on a limited budget for a simple, sympathetic and elegant result.
