Blues Egg Shorewood WI

(4,500 s.f. restaurant alteration & addition) Working with the tenant (Black Shoe Hospitality) and the landlord (General Capital) is a highly cooperative manner we replaced an underutilized exterior patio with a restaurant dining area to expand the restaurant area for the new Blue’s Egg in the Village of Shorewood’s Oakland Avenue business district. The entire project encompassed 4,500 square feet of renovation and expansion area. Large overhead glass and metal garage doors enhance the morning and brunch dining experience in this urban environment.
