(13,500 s.f. alteration and addition) Berghammer Construction Corp. retained the Consortium ae LLC to provide design and construction document services for addition and expansion of the CHW clinic at 8375 S Howell Ave in Oak Creek WI. The addition is a seamless expansion of multiple exam room and lab/clinic areas. The alteration included the reconfiguration of nearly 10,000 gross square feet of clinic space while the facility remained in operation.
