First National Bank & Trust WI

(20,000 s.f. workplace renovation) the Consortium ae LLC was retained by Hendricks Commercial Properties to renovate a 20,000 square foot former 3rd floor location within the former Beloit Corp industrial facility as part of the overall Ironworks redevelopment project. First National Bank and Trust is headquartered across the river from the Ironworks facility and is an important employer in Beloit. The project used extensive amounts of daylighting and limited closed rooms with the integration of the Ironworks industrial feel. Cae worked with Henricksen’s Milwaukee office on the systems furniture and glass walled huddle rooms. Historical bank photos were incorporated into several informal huddle areas.
