Sigma Menomonee

Sigma Menomonee Valley (Redmond) is one of the first developments in Milwaukee’s Menomonee Valley redevelopments. Done in 2002 the site is a former brown field with active methane abatement and deep foundations. The building serves as the corporate home to one of Milwaukee’s best environmental, geotech and civil engineering firms. This project was awarded a Mayor’s Design Award and was purposefully designed to meet the USGBC LEED-NC Green Building rating system for new construction.
