Conversion and rennovation of the 26,000 s.f. two story former Standard Oil industrial facility to a corporate location for Wantable an online subscription fashion retailer.

Project is located within a few blocks of the Habor District Riverwalk. Part of the project is a café that serves employees, Wantable clients and the general public.
