Over a quarter million square feet alteration including a 60,000 square foot logistics and lab addition for Yaskawa America Inc. to manufacture and assemble electric motor drives and controllers. The project includes some of the most desirable manufacturing workspaces with significant daylighting, full heating/cooling, epoxy floors and LED lighting systems.
Work spaces include (2) 70T bridge cranes, (2) 20T bridge cranes and multiple voltages (to allow for testing of equipment).
