Bradley Corporation, Germantown, Wisconsin (with Zimmerman Architectural Studios): A large replacement manufacturing facility for the industry's leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing fixtures and washroom accessories. The nearly 200,000 SF master planned facility is designed to expand to nearly double its current footprint size. The project team successfully address the complications of wetlands, navigable waterways, and a large underground petroleum pipe line.
