Buyseasons New Berlin

Buyseasons, New Berlin, Wisconsin (in collaboration with Zimmerman Architectural Studios): This 360KSF precast distribution center for the world’s largest on-line retailer of Halloween costumes included 60,000 SF of corporate offices. The original building was designed to meet the USGBC LEED-NC Green Building rating system at a certified level. Subsequent projects include a 110,000 SF addition for a new business unit, interior alteration projects for a large photo studio and office expansion. The project site included two isolated wetlands that were mitigated.
