Cree Racine Campus

Cree (formerly Ruud Lighting), Racine, Wisconsin (in collaboration with Zimmerman Architectural Studios) A new USGBC LEED-NC 2009 Silver Certified 205,000 SF high bay warehouse addition to their existing 466,000 SF facility. Subsequent work includes the 32,000 SF alteration of the main mezzanine corporate offices and a manufacturing floor alteration project with multiple mezzanines to allow for the doubling of manufacturing capacity within the current building footprint.
