(single family home redevelopment project) The site is a former urban church located on the edge of this urban Village just north of the City of Milwaukee, blocks from Lake Michigan. Seven, three story single family homes, taking their design ques from contextual homes and developments in the area replace a large surface parking lot and house of worship. The homes share typical urban alleys with garages connected to the main living spaces via conditioned “breezeways”. Construction is anticipated to start in 2020.
